Robbie offered a strategy to sell both of our units in the Duplex. It was a 15 month process of options with flexibility and he was pretty much on point at every step. With both units tenanted, COVID restrictions and some unfortunate engagement with council, Robbie stuck with us and got us a little more than we had originally planned on. I did my research on local Real Estate agents when I decided to sell my townhouse on the Gold Coast and came across Robbie who had sold multiple properties within my complex. I decided that Robbie was the right person for the job and I was 100% correct. Great communicator, punctual and efficient in his role. I wanted a particular price for my townhouse which was quite a bit higher than recent sales for similar properties within the complex but Robbie took that onboard and put his skill and knowledge into action. There were multiple offers that came in that were well below what I was after but Robbie worked his magic and found a buyer that was willing to pay exactly what I wanted - All within a few weeks. Robbie stayed with us through a complicated duplex title split and was at times the only solid voice of potential.
