Robert is EXCEPTIONAL. I cannot fault the service he provided. He is truly one of a kind in the real estate game. I was super keen to buy a property that had an inspection scheduled for a time I couldn’t attend. I contacted Robert for an alternate time - a request that’s always been declined when an inspection has already been scheduled to occur in a day or two. Robert showed me the place that day. The purchase was settled in 3 days. Such a short turnaround time was achieved solely because of his approach to the buying and selling transaction between the parties. His communication, enthusiam, commitment and efficiency was superior to all of my other experiences with agents. He takes fair approach (despite working for the vendor) with full integrity. You can believe what he says, which is rare in a sales environment. And I can call bullshit. Personally, I will never forget what Robert has done for me and my family. He worked in with some pretty crappy personal circumstances with genuine compassion. He’s also just a really nice person. A good guy. And funny. He made what is usually a painful, stressful and often protracted experience enjoyable! I can’t recommend him enough.

Robert was ultra-keen, responsive to requests, great with communication, kept us informed of progress all the way along, and at the end of the day he and his team produced a result that we were very happy with, particularly given the COVID spectre that rose again just as we were into the campaign. A side-benefit of Robert’s involvement, but a very valuable one, was pretty direct and immediate access to some essential trades as we were preparing the property for market.
