My purchased property had building non-compliance issues that already past the builder's warranties. However he had dealt with solving the issue successfully. He contacted the builder and organize the fixing the issue on the builder's expense. Also his reponse is very quick and he doesn't care before or after the buisiness. He replied even after 9 pm! One of amazing annexure in special condition in O&A was that his company (Real Estate Express with Andy Brown Pty Ltd) warrants all electric, water, pipe, even window lock before settlement. This is huge as buyer as we can buy a property without any concern. Also Neo Settlement that his reccomendation was great. They answered all my concern on each of items. As a first home buyer, It was the most lucky things to meet Robert and Neo Settlement. I absolutelly reccoment to buy a property from him and his company. Totally professional service in a very difficult market. The was a problem with building compliance which was discovered during building inspection. Robert had the builder rectify the problem at no cost even though the house was seven years old.he updated me all trough the sale. This is the second house i have sold through Rob as his service was so good.

Rob was great from the start. His honest and transparent approach was very reassuring. He also provided us a great company to assist with the structural and pest inspections. We could see that Rob had done a lot of groundwork with the seller prior to the final inspection because it was not a pile of items still outstanding, only some minor queries. His emails were detailed, and he would follow up with a call confirmation. We were kept in the loop the whole time. If there was anything outstanding from our side, he would send a reminder so not to miss a deadline. Very satisfied.

Robert was extremely professional & hands on. I arranged to meet Robert in the Perth CBD for a coffee and a chat (was one of the few agents I contacted) and we then drove to South Perth as there were no parking in the CBD to be had. We then talked about what I was looking for in selling my property and then presented me with a full very professional looking summary of my property. He had already sold a number of properties in the town which I was impressed with as I knew the market there had been very weak for a number of years. Robert asked me what was my selling price which I stated and he then said to me I think we can get definitely more for your property which surprised me to say the least. Robert then arranged to travel from Perth to the townsite to inspect the property and to put "For Sale" signs up. Within 3 days of going live on various real estate sites there were already 2 offers. Robert negotiated with the 2 offers and we agreed on the final purchase offer which also pleaseantly surprised me "He was right" we did get quite a bit more than what I was personally expecting for the market. Robert also put me onto a very professional settlement agency called "Neo Setttlements" who were fantastic in dealing with all the nitty gritty bits that the sales process entails. Meanwhile Robert was organising upgrading the RCD's, termite inspections and smoke alarm checks etc to bring the property up to current standards. Remember this sales process was going in the 2 weeks leading up to the festive season which is as always crazy times. All was dealt with on time. All in all a very professional and positive property selling experience and I would highly recommend Robert & Neo Settlements in dealing with any kind of property sales to a complete positive result!!!
