Rob was a pleasure to work with, and made the stressful process of buying my first home so much easier. He was very clear on representing the seller's interest, but still always treated me and other potential buyers with respect and kindness. He possesses great market knowledge and understood the suburb well. He marketed the property well, and was able to articulate effectively what made his client's property stand out from the other units showing on the same day. When negotiating, Rob kept the process calm but practical. Upon entering contract, Rob kept up communications to ensure that all steps were taken to protect both the seller and buyer. He always answered questions without making me feel inadequate for not knowing. Where appropriate, he provided guidance on my various options as a buyer.
