We purchased our new home in Perth from Robert. We found Robert to be friendly and approachable. All dealings we have had with Robert have been positive - he is prompt in responding to questions and always did as he said he would. When it came to listing our house in Invermay for sale we felt comfortable in choosing Robert as the agent to handle the sale.

Robert is a good agent, but Harcourts is a terrible Real Estate business. I would actually recommend Robert, but not if he works at Harcourts still which he does and is why I do not recommend him. Awful agents, prior to Robert taking over, basically cost us time and money and added plenty of frustration. We weren't in a rush to sell (thankfully) but there were many things that made us upset over the duration of our house being listed with Harcourts, including being charged for services we had not used and having to chase up the professional photographs that were taken (and paid for) for two years. Robert did see that these things were corrected. Perhaps one day soon, Robert will drop in that bottle of wine he promised us over a month ago! :-)

Robert was highly professional at all times and always made us feel at ease. He was always available to answer my many questions and went through everything in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Robert.
