He was fantastic before we signed but as soon as we did he completely changed. We became an inconvenience to him. He wouldn’t communicate with us and when he did (usually via text message- very unprofessional) it was lies. Nothing he ever told us lined up. He was arrogant, he knew nothing about our house and didn’t want to know. The photos he advertised were absolutely terrible and very misleading, and he failed to target the right buyers for our house. He even told us the new buyers were first home buyers looking for somewhere to settle, the ‘for lease’ sign has just gone up and the building permit for the unit going in the backyard is days away. What a joke! And his boss knows all the issues we had and nothing ever changed. Do not give in to his charm, it fades faster than the ink dries on the contract!!
