This was the first house that we were selling so at first, we did not know what to expect. From the first meeting we were comfortable that we were in safe hands with the sale of our house. We were presented with market data that reflected similar properties in our suburb, to get an initial idea of what we were to expect. The strategy was laid out early as to what the marketing campaign for our property was, with constant communication throughout the campaign as to how we were tracking and potential buyer feedback. We were given inspection timings early in the week allowing us to adequately prepare and plan, with Rob and the team also working around us due to having a young child. Overall, an extremely professional service that we believe contributed to the successful sale of our house. Would definitely recommend.
