Great result selling my Tarneit house

I sold my house in Tarneit after the first agency I used really did not give it much of a chance. The tenants were still in the property and they never came up with any options or suggestions to present the place better. It felt like they just gave up on it. The furniture was the right size for the rooms and it helped hide some of the minor blemishes and wear. The kitchen and bathrooms are 15 years old and have not been updated so the staging really helped a lot. We had one sale that fell through but then we took it to auction. Robert and the team handled the auction really well. They gave me honest advice with no pressure at all. They also kept in regular contact throughout the whole process including during the open inspections. In the end I was very happy with the result. For a 15 year old house that has not had much done to it, it felt like a fair outcome. The whole team was professional and easy to deal with from start to finish.
