I was extremely pleased that I engaged Rob Lamprecht to sell my apartment as he was prompt, clear and concise and provided very good feedback at all times. He provided realistic and detailed reports , was very honest in his appraisal and attained good results in a short time achieving a satisfactory result ( as I was little time constrained in selling before moving to a new home). Rob does his job well and engages professionally with purchasers and negotiates the best deal. He has excellent knowledge of the area and attention to detail in staging and setup which definitely helped sell the property quickly. Highly recommended.
