Robert has outdone himself

I contacted Robert in relation to a property I wanted to sell. I had previously marketed the property with another agent for over four months without a single contract on not to mention huge marketing costs that I parted with. From my initial phone call with Robert I had a sense he understood what was needed to obtain the desired outcome. Within a week of going to market Robert had interest from buyers and in week two had a contract in front of me that was going to get the deal done. In the current market conditions I was already extremely impressed with what Robert had achieved. It was after that point I really saw where his strengths were. He continued to work not only with the purchaser, but also the valuation and finance team to ensure the deal came together and achieved settlement.
