Rob Lewis is a super hero. He came to our rescue and delivered us safely into our new life as retirees. We'd been trying to sell for 9 months - both with another agent and then on our own. But in just over 2 months with Rob, we had a buyer and exchanged contracts. Rob worked harder than I knew an agent could, would or should. We didn't make it easy either, as we couldn't have opens or a sign out the front due to our business constraints. My review of Rob Lewis is easy- he IS the agent you want working for you when selling your home. We have had a few homes over the years and this property in Rosebud was more unusual than the average 4 bed home sale (7 bedrooms over house and 2 cabins, art and music studio on an acre of gardens & lawn). After months with another agent, then giving it a go ourselves (we'd done it before), we signed with Rob and Seachange Property. From that point on the gears changed. They worked within our constraints of an operating B&B and our requirements (like no big signs, using our own promotion photos already in place/money spent (added to later), private inspections not open houses etc etc - and did it well!. Rob is the most active agent on his client's behalf I have experienced. We had more inspections than previously and those that did come through were actively followed up and 'worked' as far as they could go. After we got the offer, he worked that buyer to a point we could accept. Even after that, he was in touch with all parties to ensure the issues & progress with the conditional restraints we had were understood, worked through, and he even assisted in ideas. He was like a bull terrier working and nawing away, and not letting go until a successful result was achieved. And through it all he communicated with us at every step - we were never kept in the dark or out of the loop with what was happening- so important for the seller in this emotional time.. We cannot recommend Rob Lewis and Seachange Property enough to anyone in the area looking to sell their home.
