The property I bought as originally sold and after a few weeks I reached out to Robert to see why it was still on the market. I did say if it fell through to reach out as I was fully approved to purchase pending an inspection and section 32. I was fortunate Robert kept me up to date and I was able to inspect and read through the section 32. Low and behold the buyer fell through and I was asked offer price and written as well. That evening I had signed the contracts and paid a deposit. I call that great service not only for me, for the buyer as well.
