Again the level of expertise from Robert was unbelievable.

Again we chose the crew from Seachange to handle the selling ou investment property for us. We have dealt with them 5 years ago to sell our family home, here we consulted early with them to plan and execute a terrific job from all involved. Rob gave us the early list of things to get done , to properly present the home to be at its best for sale, the stylist team did an amazing job filling it suitably with great furniture. The photo shoot captured showing its best features for a small home with neat gardens and man cave shed. The big day came of first open house and the sales team were very busy with record numbers attending, from this Rob and Geoff were communicating well with us and were very positive they had a buyer . The home had a suitable sale price set and the Seachange team went above this mark producing an unbelievable result from the many interested parties. We would highly recommend Rob and Seachange to sell your property.
