Good knowledge, communication a little poor about sale decision, presumption without consultation. Offer was great but we should have been given opportunity to consider rather than being told "I am getting the contract signed can you come down and sign the vendor statement". Presumption that we would agree, which we would have but consultation should have occurred. Rob was very good at negotiating the best price for the sale
