I first met both Robert and Allan in 2016, when we rented a property they managed. Rather than treat us like second-tier citizens (as most other agents do to tenants), they showed us respect and integrity, which made renting from them a pleasure. We were there for 8 years. During that time, we had properties that we were renting, so engaged Robert to manage those properties on our behalf. Now, 8 years later, we've moved out of the rented home into our own home, and also put one of the houses we rented out on the market. Given our relationship with Robert and Allan, we gave them the listing without hesitation. Robert managed the lead up to the auction, which involved an incredible amount of project management to get the property ready for sale - I'm talking trades galore, or synchronised to appear at the right time and do what was needed to be done. Auction day came and the property was sold on the day. I have no doubt Robert will continue to assist us with managing what needs to be done between now and settlement. Robert was excellent from the moment he walk through the house and made suggestions of how to present each room and answered all our questions. He sat down with us (The Family) and shared his expert knowledge of the current market situation and made recommendations of when we should get the property ready for the market. The whole process of marketing was efficient and professional with constant updates of interest on the property and results of the open house inspections. Robert supported us beyond the call of duty.
