Rob is a very personable guy. When I met him, Rob was very friendly and forthcoming with relevant information before I even had to ask. He is a man of action and will get things done for you. He doesn't have to be asked twice! I was never left waiting for Rob and that's rare these days. I certainly hope to work with Rob again, either as a buyer or a seller.

I picked Peel Valley Real Estate in Tamworth on Price. I phoned around, and found that they were the least expensive, so I followed up, and found that other advantages existed. Robert and Lucy Miller run a two person business without the traditional shop front, and don't have to employ office staff, which allows them to make savings which they can pass on to their customers. I asked whether the lack of a window display would slow the sale, and Robert explained that, generally, people now shop on the internet, rather than looking at windows. Another advantage is that they don't have strict working hours. Every time I called, I got through, though once I had to wait while he stopped his car. It's nice that, when you call, you get the business owner, not one of a number of sales attendants, and he immediately knows who you are. The first time I called, for an appraisal, he, and Lucy, his partner, were able to call in within twenty minutes. The next time, for the signing of the sales agreement, Robert arrived punctually, and spent extra time going slowly through all the forms with me, so that I was well aware of what I was signing. He knows his business, and the area, as he's been selling in Tamworth for twenty years. Peel Valley Real Estate organised three open house days in the month that I had the house on the market. I'm very happy with the way that Robert and Lucy conducted my sale.
