Robert has a vast experience in real estate, and has excellent marketing and communication skills, he had our home professionally listed and his wife, Lucy was exceptional in her photography of the home in side and out, and the drone photos. I feel this was the major selling point of the home. the home was on the market for only five days when a prospective purchaser was in contact with Robert, and he was explicit in marketing the home and had the home sold within five days.
Robert impressed us with his friendly, professional, human approach to us in this deal. We were mostly site unseen and relied on Robert to talk us through the property and to advise us on not only the property, but a conveyancer, building and pest inspector and property manager- all of which he did and brokered a positive outcome for us.
