On behalf of my family and I we would like to acknowledge Robert and his wife Lucy for their outstanding service. From the tine we signed on the dotted line through to settlement Robert and Lucy were there to ensure everything ran smoothly. How many Realestate agent help with the cleaning out of a house, selling of furniture, organising trades, mow a lawn and arrange cleaners to get the job done, often in a matter of urgency and all hours of the day and night. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more from Robert & Lucy, their local knowledge and expertise in knowing the Tamworth market made all the difference and puts them a cut above the rest. We appreciated their honest, friendly and down to earth approach and would highly recommend them to any one considering selling their or a loved ones house in Tamworth. From Bronwyn and family

Robert and his wife Lucy were the agents in charge of the property my partner and I bought. This was a very first home purchase and both Robert and Lucy have made the process flawlessly simple. They have been genuine and very accommodating in every way and have given the most personalised service. It was a fast settlement and there was no back and forth non sense. We are both so happy with choosing to go with Peel Valley Real Estate and we would so again. Thank you to Robert and Lucy for making the purchase our first home easy and stress free!!

Robert was professional and very easy to deal with from start to finish. He helped us out a lot with the purchase of our first home. Was willing to work with us at anytime and to make things happen, for our fast settlement.

Peel Valley Real Estate were prompt, thorough and always available to answer any queries we had. Their knowledge of building and pest inspectors, along with managing agents was helpful and to our satisfaction. As was their liaising with the vendor.

Absolutely professional job I dealt with the rest but I got the best. Excellent sale

Robert and Lucy were very helpful to me whilst deciding to purchase my home. As I live out of town they opened up the property at times that would suit, even weekends. They showed knowledge in the property and the area surrounding and were available for phone conversations after hours. I appreciate the patience they showed whilst I made purchase decisions, and I felt comfortable asking questions.

Robert is an excellent real estate agent. Listens, communicative and punctual service. Robert ensures he understands the reasons the client is selling and achieves the best outcome for the client. Robert has experience, up to date knowledge of the current market and sale trends of the area and offers sound advice. If you want professionalism, integrity and honesty speak to Robert.

At a time when real estate sales were extremely slow (almost stopped) Robert & Lucy at Peel Valley Real Estate, through their very professional approach across all aspects of real estate sales, managed to not only quickly sell our property but obtained the best price possible. Their advise was timely and accurate; at all times we were kept in the loop with what was happening. Robert followed up with interested parties, legal firms etc. to make sure everything happened when it had to. If you are planning, or even considering, selling your property contact Robert & Lucy at Peel Valley Real Estate and you will be very pleased with the result.
