From my first encounter with Robert he was well organised, efficient, knowledgeable about the market, straight forward and positive in his approach but without making unrealistic claims or raising inflated expectations. He was current with the local property market fluctuations and constantly monitored sale prices of similar properties within the vicinity of our property and took time to make sure I was aware of this information and how it might relate to our property sale. He kept me well informed about how the marketing and inspections of the property were preceding. The house was sold in a short period of time and for a price that was within the range I hoped we might receive and I am very grateful for his efficient and competent handling of the sale.
