Robert is a very experienced and professional Real Estate Agent. This is the second property we have sold through Peel Valley Real Estate and again, he provided outstanding service. His in-depth market knowledge, attention to detail, proactivity and great communication ensured a smooth sale process. Thank you Robert for all your help and the professional service you provided us.
Robert Miller is a professional in every way. There was no pressure or unexpected problems. This was the first time we have sold a house and had no idea how to go about it. Robert put our minds to rest and within a few short weeks had the house on the market with a lot of potential buyers looking through the house. Robert did an amazing job getting the best deal and sold for more than we expected. Within a few weeks money was in the bank. I would highly recommend and trust Robert Miller services to anyone buying or selling their property.
Robert is an experienced mature agent who knows his market well. He presented our property with fabulous photos and was readily available to all prospective buyers. He kept us informed all times and offered realistic expectations.
Robert is very professional and is really knowledgeable about the whole process. My buying experience with him was outstanding beyond I could ever ask or imagine! He is so good in the whole negotiation process and is very fair and transparent to both seller and purchaser ensuring that it’s a win win deal. He is very quick in responding to any queries making sure that all important information asked had been effectively and efficiently shared. He had even provided me with local pest and building inspector for pre purchase property inspection. Such an act of kindness is what I need especially that I’m not local in the place where I bought the property. Thank you so much Robert for all your help making my buying experience so good and wonderful!
I have sold about 5 houses in my lifetime and selecting an agent is a difficult exercise. You are usually unsure of whether your are getting an appraisal to buy your business to then be told that the market has moved etc and you need to drop your price. In a country market, unlike the city, you do not have hundreds of buyers so I thought it was important to set a realistic price rather than deter potential buyers who I think are less likely to make an offer really low if you have overpriced the property. Rob from Peel Valley assured me that we were priced correctly and his rate was very reasonable. We were offered the asking price on the first open subject to building and pest, which Rob managed with the buyers and we were able to sell quickly. You might think that we should then have increased the ask price, but the reality is that we were happy with the number and we prepared that we might have to take 25K less. So in this case, this was a great outcome for us and demonstrates if the property is correctly priced there will be a buyer for it. You also have to consider that the equity in the property can now be redeployed even if only in the bank earning 5%, which will quickly earn 10K rather than have the property languish on the market because of an unrealistic asking price. I was astounded at how this all came together and with the wonderful outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Rob as an agent to you. Thanks again Rob, all the best, LGC

Robert is no less than a magician for Tamworth property market. He has sound knowledge, highly professional and sold my property without even listing on the market in just a couple of days. This is unbelievable especially when other agents take weeks and months and are still unable to succeed. Highly recommend Peel Valley if you are selling your property in Tamworth.
