From the first market appraisal, and we had three, Robert was confident without being pushy. An excellent and forthright communicator, he knows when marketing a property, it's important that every issue is addressed rather than presumed. We did the preparations as agreed, and Robert did the rest; contracts exchanged within weeks above the asking price. Can't ask for better than that.
