As a first time buyer Rob was very helpful in guiding me through the sales process. He gave advice regarding the building and pests inspections, and who I could contact. Negotiated additional minor repairs with the vendor prior to exchanging contracts. Kept me in the loop and updated throughout the whole process. Most importantly he was very patient with delays beyond our control, yet pushy enough to help move things along with the other parties. Highly recommend Peel Valley for exceptional customer service.
