Robert was able to suggest ways for buyers to appropriately view the house even though it was rented. Once the house became vacant more flexible viewing times were able to be arranged and an offer was soon received. Robert communicated well and kept me informed of proceedings. Some earlier notification to organise some last minute repairs e.g. replacing the oven, in the lead up to settlement would have made things less stressful.
