Always easy to contact and work with.

I am very happy with the experience had with Robert Minto in selling my property. He was honest and accurate in his estimation of the value of my property. He took into account the price I needed to get and we negotiated what I could afford in terms of advertising costs etc. He provided timely updates so I always knew what was happening with the process and provided reassurance and encouragement at all stages. I got a price I was very satisfied with in a very short period of time. Both the price and timeframe for my property sale were very close to Roberts estimation and actually exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this agent.

my wife and i have known Bob Minto since he sold our first home almost 20 years ago ,we have since bought and sold with him . we have always found him to be great at working with us as vendor and also as a buyer to achieve the best result for all concerned and would have no hesitation on recommending Bob to anyone thanks Mark and Lorraine Young

Hi there Bob, It is my pleasure to write you a 5 star review regarding the sale of our house in Tamar Street.. You did a great job of selling our house for an excellent price. You gave us a price range and you were spot on and you achieved the price that we set. We can now have our tree change and relax mortgage free. Thank you Bob to you and all our your team at Barry Plant Bayswater. Kind regards Malcolm French
