The sale of lot 71 Merrick Drive was somewhat a complicated procedure with the discovery of previously unknown sewer line running under the property . This put some buyers off even though there was no real problem with building above it. But after research by Robert that revealed this fact and negotiating with potential buyers a sale was a achieved . Given the slowing of the market conditions and perceived constraints of the property we were more than happy with the final settlement. I have no problem with re commending Robert to prospective sellers and I will have no reservations in using his services in the future if required. Phillip Good
