As first time sellers, my wife and i were looking for an agent that was prepared to guide us through the stressful event of selling our house. The most valuable thing we were looking for in our agent was someone that was able to give us advice on where we could improve our home with some small renovations and tweaks to bring out the best in our home. We met with a few local agents that really didnt give us the vibe we were looking for. I called Ray White and had a chat with Rob who was keen to come out and have a look at the house for us. We booked a time in the evening which suited us due to our work commitments which Rob completely understood. Once Rob arrived we immediately felt the positive vibe and then we walked him through the house. We pumped him full of questions about our property, where we could improve it before going on the market and were there any particular areas in which we would be over capitalising on. He provided that feedback which we thoroughly appreciated. Once we had finished showing him the house, we sat down for a talk on how we move forward. He didn't bring any paperwork or push and sales pitch to us. This really opened our eyes to see that he wasn't there to push a sales pitch on us, he genuinely just wanted to get together to help us through the unknown of selling a house. The moment Rob left our house we knew he was the agent for us so we booked another meeting to sign all the paperwork. Once we finished what we needed to do on our end, he quickly organised the photographer and before we knew it we were on the market ready to sell. He worked the long weekend on our open home and by 6pm of that night we knew about every offer we had and what sort of feedback our house had received. By Tuesday Rob had the sale tied up and we completed the paperwork. Throughout the cooling off period Rob was there to reassure us that everything was on track as it should be. Overall, we cannot thank Rob enough for the effort he put in selling our house
