I was required to sell my home over after a period of unexpected illness and needless to say, I did not need any further stress. At our initial meeting, Rob just gathered some info and only later presented a plan of action he thought best to sell my home. This did require some trust on my part, but something made developing this trust easy. After discussing his plan and rationale for it, we agreed and got the ball rolling. Well, the ball didn't roll very far, having received multiple offers on the first open home at the end of the first week of marketing. These were negotiated and one was ultimately accepted at a higher price to what was initially offered. Overall, I was most satisfied with how effortless it all seemed to take place. I did think that given it was that easy, I could have done it myself. But I guess that is what you pay for. A pro does make things look easy. Rob and Ashley were great to work with. They were professional at all times, responded very promptly to queries, and communicated everything very well. I was very pleased Rob agreed to disclose a few repairs that were required as this level of honesty was important to me. Certainly, I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob, Ashley and Ray White Glenmore Park as an excellent choice of real estate agent.

I had a very good experience with Robert and his team (Ashlee - Sales Assistant to Robert) from the start. He updated me on the progression of the sale of my property every few days and was very professional and informative. Before inspecting the unit I was interested in buying, I contacted Ray White to ask a question. I received a phone call within a day of sending the email. First impression... excellent, as this was the first time an agent had actually answered my question (or bothered to respond). Walked in to the inspection, fell in love with the property and had a quick chat with Robert who explained he would be calling later that day to get feedback on the property. I made an offer on the spot. Had a call within an hour, there was some negotiation back and forth and within two hours of walking through the door we had a deal. I felt that Robert was trying to get a price that was good for both the seller and for me. Was called promptly, no high pressure tactics used, was an excellent mediator. Had contracts etc ready within hours and walked this novice through a really terrifying and exciting experience with grace and humour. Has an amazing assistant who basically adopts you from contracts being signed until the day you pick up the keys. If I ever sell I know where I'm going.
