I am a conveyancer and have been in this industry for 18 years and engaged Robert on the basis of his reputation in the area, although only having a few dealings with him professionally. The first initial meeting Robert was very engaging and was enthusiastic so we had no hesitation on listing our property through him. From there our experience went down hill. After our first open home, Robert was already trying to get us to drop the price by $25,000, from the initial "realistic price" we were told at our first meeting. From there the next few open homes, there was a consistent pressure to drop our price, despite the property only being on the market for a few weeks. We did not give into Robert's pressure and held firm and after only 16 days of being on the market, we did achieve a price that we were happy to sell for, we are grateful that we did not agree to reduce the price as suggested by Robert as we would have been $25000 worse off. Once COntracts were exchanged, the communication was non existent, Robert would not reply to emails nor answer any phone calls. Even following settlement, Robert would not acknowledge our emails to confirm settlement had taken place, I would have thought that we might have received a call to say congratulations. We had to chase up the payment of the deposit and even had to chase up a receipt for the commission paid. Very disappointed and would not recommend Robert at all.

Robert was honest upfront and gave us good feedback throughout the sales process. I honestly believe he got us the best price the current market could offer. The only downside was that he was sometimes delayed in response and his team didn't follow through on contact.

It was a pleasure to have Robert as our agent. He did a fantastic job and made the process so easy. We would highly recommend him.
