Upon sourcing information from a Robert regarding the current tenant's rent charged and date of contract termination we were given false information. It was not until signing the 0.25% deposit that the correction was made. This was incredibly unprofessional. We were also poorly advised when we didn't receive the pest and building report on time, Robert attempted to advise us to pay the 10% deposit regardless of evaluating the house report. I personally will not be recommending Ray White in future due to this poor experience.
