Excellent Customer Service - Can't Fault Them!

It has been a pleasure dealing with Robert (and his assistant Ashlee) for the purchase of our first home. From the start Robert was upfront and honest about the process and kept us well informed throughout the negotiation phase. Since securing the property we have been in regular contact with Ashlee, who has been fantastic in keeping us updated and always being available if we needed anything, or had any questions. She is friendly, approachable and always happy to help! We had several delays with our bank - both Rob and Ashlee were incredibly patient and supportive, assisting in any way they could during the process. Everything on their end has been processed promptly and efficiently, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, or use them again in the future! Thanks Rob and Ash!
