Robert was reasonably helpful up until a price was agreed upon. However afterwards I found his communication skills to be poor, he would not answer or return calls, he also seemed to be very disorganised. I got the feeling that once he had his money he was no longer interested. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my next property sale.
With the help of Rob we looked at the property, made an offer and it was accepted less that an hour later, not stressful at all it was a great experience!

Robert knows his sales area on the South side of Canberra very well. He was on the ball with past sales in the area, house stock in play at the time we were selling and actively collecting sales data on homes as they went to auction. The five weeks of open house inspections went very smoothly and Robert and his team diligently followed up all genuine, interested parties. The auction went well with lots of registered bidders and a price that exceeded our best estimates. On the whole a really positive experience.
