We really enjoyed working with Robert in the purchase of our home. He was always friendly in our dealings with him at open homes, over the phone or via email. Sometimes he can be a bit difficult to get a hold of (busy man!), however, without his trust and patience we wouldn't have been able to purchase our new home and for that we are very grateful for being able to work with him.

Robert is a very professional agent with rich of knowledge of the local area. His expertise are second to none. He worked very hard to find a buyer for my property and did so in a timely and efficient manner. He kept me up to date regularly and I would highly recommend Robert to anyone wanting to buy/sell property in the area.

As a buyer we had little to do with Robert - hence the low rating. Chris and Robert have a strange business model where Chris deals with the buyers (us) and Robert deals with the vendor. This created many difficulties when we had to communicate with the vendor - we would talk to Chris who in turn spoke to Robert who in turn spoke to the vendor. Communication was slow and cumbersome as there were too many links in the chain. After exchang of contracts communication between buyer and vendor became even more cumbersome as Robert and Chris were reluctant to liaise between parties. Notwithstanding the above, Chris was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Robert on the other hand was aloof and unreachable Paul and Cynthia

We initially met Robert last December and contracted with him to sell our house in Kambah. He was very friendly, explained the processes required and suggested we discuss this privately before we made a decision to engage him. But, we felt so comfortable with him, we signed a contract immediately. We had initially been referred to one of his employees, and asked if it was possible to utilise this man, to which he readily accepted. In the time our house was up for sale, we were always fully informed of the proceedings & progress. At times we felt that extra effort & time were put in by staff and we felt very comfortable with them all. Nothing appeared too much for them, and we highly recommend Robert Peaker and his staff as agents.

It was a pleasure to deal with Rob and his team for the sale of my property. Although my property was not a marquee listing, Rob treated it as though it was. He took the time to give me feedback at all stages and kept me informed of interest, regardless of how trivial. It was refreshing to find a high calibre professional who still provides a personal service. Couple be happier with the outcome and the experience.
