Robert achieved an excellent result for us. The price was good and fair, towards the upper end of our initial expectations and we know the buyers were also very pleased. He worked hard, including through regular 'open homes' to ensure potential buyers were fully canvassed. After a slow start, the negotiation of the final price, exchange of contracts and settlement all went very smoothly, due in no small part to Robert ensuring that all involved were kept fully informed. Our only reservation was that during a hiatus, of a few months between an early agreement that fell through and the return of our initial buyer to the fray, Robert took some time to respond to requests for feedback about prospective buyers.
