As a buyer we had little to do with Robert - hence the low rating. Chris and Robert have a strange business model where Chris deals with the buyers (us) and Robert deals with the vendor. This created many difficulties when we had to communicate with the vendor - we would talk to Chris who in turn spoke to Robert who in turn spoke to the vendor. Communication was slow and cumbersome as there were too many links in the chain. After exchang of contracts communication between buyer and vendor became even more cumbersome as Robert and Chris were reluctant to liaise between parties. Notwithstanding the above, Chris was excellent and a pleasure to work with. Robert on the other hand was aloof and unreachable Paul and Cynthia
