Robert was professional in his approach and maintained a good level of communication throughout the house sale process. Robert is goal focused (Sell the House) which while good and expected, did at times make the process feel a little pressured to accept offers. In hindsight we put the house on the market at the wrong time of year (4 weeks before Xmas) which meant we had little interest for the 4 to 5 weeks over Xmas/New Year/early January. To Roberts credit he remained positive and motivated during this time, which helped keep everything on track toward the sale. We would not hesitate in recommending Robert to anyone wishing to sell their home in the Kiama area.
