Having contracted with two other real estate agencies and having very little interest and offers, I contacted Robert Perea at Raine and Horne Kiama and he was eager and determined to be able to sell my unit. He held inspections and open homes with very small attendances and little interest or offers - he did give me feedback and kept me up to date with other properties that were for sale in Kiama and were being sold at reasonable prices. I wanted to sell my unit so that I could move to Queensland and be close to my sons and grandchildren - there were no firm offers for nearly 3 months. He still spent time and effort to hold open homes and inspections and kept keep me informed .
