Sandi and I both really enjoyed your involvement in the entire process in selling our home. You always kept us up to date and offered plenty of advice on our options through the whole process – even though I was probably challenging some of your better educated ideas! (sorry about that). To sell our little house in about 28 days was the best we could imagine – yes it only had 1 bathroom!! On top of that you were also very helpful and approachable when we were negotiating to buy our new home. It is something that we did not expect when selecting our selling agent, but your advice and knowledge made our dealings with the new property agents a breeze and we were able to go into the process less naïve than otherwise without your assistance.
