Robert definitely a person to go with the property, he is easy to talk to, provide good detail on the property, provide all documents pretty fast that make everything faster and save times.

My wife and I encountered Robert at a few open houses, none of which we were interested in and he didn't try to push them on us. When the apartment we ended up buying dropped into our price range, Robert couldn't have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and helped talk us through the process of buying our first home, providing better advice than the mortgage broker we were working with. When our loan approval was slow, Robert extended the deadline to accommodate us. Then when our previous landlord found tenants to move in a few weeks early, Robert helped arrange for us to move in early on very short notice. Overall, Robert was one of only two or three agents we trusted and enjoyed dealing with while we were looking for our home.

Robert has a no nonsense approach to his job. Wanting to sell my property ASAP in a difficult market, he was the right person for the job from my perspective.
