Not once but twice, Robert has proven himself in quick succession, selling a second home for us. Robert is a master negotiator and is able to quickly hone in on potential buyers and negotiate the "sellers" price. Robert works for you the Seller and give it all he has plus some to get the deal over the line. We wish we had come across Robert a few years earlier. We tried selling our principle place of residence for two years and went through four (4) agents after interviewing them all before signing up just to be left with excuses as to why they were unable to sell our home. Our past experiences with real estate agents have been far from fruitful. NOT THE CASE with Robert. Robert is able to see things outside of the box and explore opportunities that other real estate agents would consider too hard.
