My experience with Robert Russell and the team was nothing short of over and above fantastic. There excellent knowledge of the market in my area (Gladstone) and there stick by you, lets get it done attitude with complete transparency and significant assistance with the sale, i believe that they secured for me a sale price of $50.000 above what local agents appraised it's value to be. Thats all you really need to know BUT... There service, availability for communication and make it happen attitude is something you rarely see, thanks guys. I signed with Robert on a Thursday evening ,they oganised an open house for the Saturday. He gave abit of advice on what to do, Saturday a very personable , profesional agent turned up to host. I got my best offer that day. But due to my failure to have my ducks in a row the people pulled out. Short version, Robert helped me sort my ducks, went over and above, stuck by me got me a fantastic result. Thanks Robert & Riley You guys are Legends.
