I really don't know where to start! The first time we met Robert we knew he was the right agent for us. As they say in Real Estate, he ticked all the boxes! We felt we could trust him to get the best deal for us, we were after a fair price for our property and we got the exact price that we had agreed. As we live in another state it was important to have regular communication with him, and he called us 3 or 4 times a week to let us know how things were progressing. He knew the market and obviously knows how to negotiate. He was incredibly positive, even when no one turned up to an open house, he also cut the front grass for us. It was important to me to find an agent that would take care of things because I am living overseas at the moment.
