He then explained his recommendation for the optimum sale process and worked with us to set a sensible reserve. The open for inspections went well and he added several extra ones to give the house maximum exposure. He handled the actual auction brilliantly and we achieved a result well in excess of our reserve. All in all we could not be happier.
