I found Robert Spano to be a very good agent. He listened to what we wanted and reacted to our needs. He was extremely approachable and he never made me feel like I was wasting his time. If he couldn’t speak to me at the time of my call, he responded relatively quickly afterwards. He had excellent communication skills and was very patient, particularly with my elderly mother who could be quite challenging at times. Overall I thought Rob did a great job in selling my mothers house.
