After meeting with Robert about a year ago when i first considered selling i was impressed with his confidence and knowledge of the market. So when it came time to sell Robert immediately came to mind.Roberts quietly confident manner and communication skills are second to none and gave me the confidence to go auction something i was weary of. Roberts timing and planning of the campaign was spot on.In the three weeks leading up to the auction we were in Queensland and Robert kept us informed to what was happening and assured us that the interest in the property was high. We arrived from Queensland on the night before the auction and were a little worried we may not get the price we were looking for as a similar property in the same street in better condition sold for a lot less.On the day of the auction Robert reassured us in his quiet confident manner we should make the price we wanted and probably a bit more.Auction time watching and listening to Roberts professional team working the the potential buyers was amazing with the first bid hitting our reserve and within 15 minutes the auction was over and we were $75000 above our reserve a fantastic result for us.I would like to thank Robert and his team for the great work and professional manner through the whole process and would recommend him to anyone.
