Since it’s our first time and very hesistant, he helped us understood the market, gave us realistic expectations and kept our hopes up at all times. He was always one step ahead when there were hiccups along the way, like an offer or two even though there weren’t many who came to the open house or a new client immediately when one offer didnt go through.
