Robert did a great job in selling our home for the price we were hoping for, but he did more than that. As we were remote from the property, Robert provided a service over and above that allowed us to have cleaners, contractors and other works done at the property under his supervision. We felt very safe in knowing that Robert acted on our behalf, knowing the sale and the price was the most important. Robert know who would want my property from the very beginning. His ability to listen to both his sellers and purchasers showed up from the start. When I said I needed time to make the property viewable he did not push, but he did inspire; telling me want was needed in the most thoughtful way. He told me of all the Gov and Council requirements well ahead of time so I was able to do what was needed. He let me know everything that was occurring with regards to my property's sale, as quickly as he was informed himself. After the sale he continued to assist me buy dropping of mail that I had not redirected, or that I did not even know was coming. This showed me that he was not only continuing to look after my needs but he was still continuing in looking after the purchaser.
