I have been to a lot of house inspections over years and found Robert was a man of his word and listened to anything we advised. He was honest about everything he said throughout the sale to the best of his knowledge with regard to what he was advised by Body Corporate and seller. Everything asked for in and some which could be looked at as outside of scope of the sale was looked into during sale and items not suitable to follow up prior to sale have been looked after the day after the sale went through as he advised he would do.
