I had spent a few months of researching and reviewing tonnes of sales agents and already had an agent in mind until I met Robert, it only took me literally 5 minutes of chatting with him to choose him and boy that was one of the best decisions I have made in the recent years! With his vast knowledge and experience, he just knows how the market is playing and gives you the most realistic and transparent view that you as a seller may not always want to agree because all you want and see is a narrow vision of just getting the best price without realising what you are hoping for may only be possible in a fictional movie. Robert's ability surfaced out as due to COVID-19, the market was hit very hard and my unit price had suddenly fallen drastically in a matter of a few weeks during the sales campaign. However, Robert already knew this was going to happen and advised a few options at the very early stage of the market crash that are more realistic and reflected on the current market, at the same time, tried his best to achieve my desired outcome. Robert never over promised nor did he try to suck up to make me feel happy by giving me false data and resources (I heard a lot of agents do this), and he led me to change the strategy slightly and just a week after implementing this change, he got me the offer that was 15k higher than what we were going for and he told me this after everything was finalised just to surprise me!!!! Once he knows what he is going for, he chases after like a hungry leopard and maximises the result! As I write this review, I can see reviews from his other clients that had similar experience to me so I am just so thankful that I had chosen Robert and that I can confidently say that these reviews speak for themselves. I really highly recommend Robert if you want a honest, transparent, can achieve the best outcome and most importantly, someone who takes care of your property as if it were his throughout the whole journey, and that is ROBERT YOUNIS!!
