We had a duplex for sale through Robert, he presented the duplex very well with his marketing and his connections to furniture decorating people and achieved an incredible sale for the first unit and a quick sale for the second unit that followed. Being able to sell these duplex for us at a good price and in short amount of time has allowed us to look for other properties and continue our business. Robert's final sale price that he achieved was much higher than a sale price quoted to me by another agent.
