Good and smooth experience

The property was advertised on both Real Estate and Domain as having a stone bench-top and remote control access to garage. The former is not true and the latter is technically true, but misleading, in that there is a security door, but the garage door itself is to be manually lifted. All other information was true. The agent attempted to negotiate a higher offer given by another client that was allegedly rejected by their bank, thus rendering the offer invalid. The keys to the property were promised at time and settlement, but the agent failed to deliver. The keys were eventually obtained several weeks after settlement after negotiating with the previous owner.

Robi islam is very good and effective agent. Did very good job selling my property.
